The site gives general information. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice. It is not a recommendation to do anything. Ratings, signals, and risk labels are automated and can be wrong. Signals and simulated results are historical or simulated and predict nothing. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose all your money.
Content and links
Headlines and links belong to the outlets that publish them. We link to them and we do not host their text or images. Third-party sites have their own terms. We do not control them.
Acceptable use
- Do not break or overload the site or the API. Do not try to bypass a limit.
- Do not use the site to break the law or to mislead others.
- Do not present our ratings as your own, and do not present them as advice.
The API and the feed
The public API and the RSS feed serve our derived data: news ratings, signals, the scoreboard, token risk blocks, and system health. You may use them for personal projects and small projects. Link back to cryptonews.org where you can. For commercial use or high volume, write to desk@cryptonews.org first. We may add a rate limit or change the format. We may block a client that harms the site.
Some pages show prices and market data from third-party sources. That data is for those pages only. Do not scrape it for redistribution.
No warranty
We provide the site and the API "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they are correct, complete, on time, or always up. Each page shows the age of its data. Use it to judge what you see.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent that the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from your use of the site or from your reliance on it, including trading losses.
