What we show
We show the title of a story, the name of the outlet, and a link to the outlet. We add our own ratings. We do not copy article text or images.
Send a copyright notice
If you think that a page of ours infringes your copyright, write to desk@cryptonews.org. Put "Copyright notice" in the subject. Include:
- a description of the work that you say is infringed;
- the address of each page on cryptonews.org that you say infringes it;
- your name, address, phone number, and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, the owner's agent, or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or you may act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We act quickly on a complete notice. We may remove the item or block access to it, and we may tell the outlet or the person who is affected. If someone believes that we removed an item by mistake, they can send us a counter-notice with the same kind of details, and a statement under penalty of perjury. We may restore the item as the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We may block a source or a person that is the subject of repeated valid notices.
Outlets
An outlet that does not want its headlines in our feed reader can write to us, and we stop reading its feed.
